Jordan Maroules is the founder of NC Disaster Services, a passionate restoration business dedicated to preservation, revitalization and building back better. With a background in residential home building and remodeling, NC Disaster Services was launched with a mission to breathe new life into improving air quality and serving clients in a time of need.
Driven by major strengths in craftsmanship and communication, Jordan approaches every restoration project as a unique opportunity to improve the space’s condition. There is no passion that runs deeper than Jordan’s does for all things construction and building science.
James is the Division Manager at North Carolina Disaster Services. He started out working in construction during his high school summers in Raleigh, NC for a commercial construction company. This is where his passion for construction started. He attended East Carolina University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration. During his summers throughout college, he interned with a residential home builder working his way from a general laborer to an assistant superintendent in his final summer internship. Upon graduation James found his passion in water mitigation and remediation work. Quickly excelling and becoming IICRC certified James sets the standard for all employees at NC Disaster Services. James lives the company moto “Built Back Better” and thrives in taking a water loss and turning it back into its original state.
